Returns

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom orders, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10 business days]. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at sales@flexgearpro.com to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
